John Lewis memoir sells out hours after Trump attack
Rep. John Lewis’s (D-Ga.) memoir sold out on Amazon on Saturday just hours after President-elect Donald Trump attacked him on Twitter.
The civil rights icon’s memoir, “Walking in the Wind: A Memoir of the Movement,” quickly sold out after Trump claimed the Georgia Democrat was “all talk, talk, talk — no action or results.”
Lewis’s memoir details his experiences growing up and becoming a leader during the civil rights movement.

Lewis said in an interview on Friday that he does not believe Trump is a “legitimate president.”
Trump’s response to Lewis was met with a storm of bipartisan criticism, as a host of Democrats and Republicans called out Trump for targeting a prominent civil rights leader and fellow politician.
