A major super PAC that backed former Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton is hiring two of the most prominent staffers from the Clinton and Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) campaigns, Politico reported on Wednesday.

Clinton’s former national press secretary, Brian Fallon, will join Priorities USA Action as a senior adviser, while Sanders’s former press secretary, Symone Sanders, will serve as a strategist for communications and political outreach.

The new hires are part of Priorities USA’s efforts to expand its role in the Democratic Party in the wake of President-elect Donald Trump’s long-shot victory.

{mosads}During the 2016 presidential race, Priorities USA raised nearly $200 million for Clinton’s campaign — the most ever raised by a super PAC. Now the group is looking to relaunch as a center of Democratic politics.

“Many organizations will be in the day-to-day fight against Trump and the Republicans, developing war rooms and large communications operations,” Priorities chief strategist Guy Cecil told Politico. “Priorities USA is already partnering with many of these efforts and will deploy our resources at every level to fight back every day. However, we will also take the long view, ensuring that one thousand fights aren’t simply one thousand individual fights.”
