Florida man charged with threatening Trump
Authorities have charged a South Florida man with threatening to kill President-elect Donald Trump, The Associated Press reported Wednesday.
According to the report, 51-year-old Dominic Puopolo made the threat against Trump in a video message that he posted on his Twitter account on Monday.
In the video, Puopolo promised that he will “be at the review/inauguration and I will kill President Trump, President-elect Trump.”
{mosads}According to a Miami Beach police report released Wednesday, Puopolo is being held without bail on state charges.
The AP reported that the suspect admitted to posting the video after he was arrested at a restaurant in Miami Beach. Police said he told them he is homeless, according to the report.
