Chelsea Clinton trolls Conway on ‘Bowling Green massacre’
Chelsea Clinton on Friday mocked President Trump’s senior adviser, Kellyanne Conway, for comments on the “completely fake” Bowling Green massacre.
Conway on Thursday told MSNBC’s Chris Matthews that President Obama ordered a six-month ban on Iraqi refugees after the “Bowling Green massacre.”
“I bet it’s brand-new information to people that President Obama had a six-month ban on the Iraqi refugee program after two Iraqis came here to this country, were radicalized, and they were the masterminds behind the Bowling Green massacre. It didn’t get covered,” she said.
{mosads}The Trump adviser was later criticized by fact-checkers who pointed out that no such massacre ever occurred.
“Very grateful no one seriously hurt in the Louvre attack …or the (completely fake) Bowling Green Massacre. Please don’t make up attacks,” Clinton tweeted, referencing an apparent botched attack in Paris earlier Friday.
