White House debuts the Obamas’ new puppy

Sunny, a female, joins fellow Portuguese Water Dog Bo in the White House.

In honor of Sunny, the Obamas are making a donating to the Washington Humane Society, according to a post on the White House blog announcing the puppy’s arrival.

{mosads}“Sunny is the perfect little sister for Bo – full of energy and very affectionate – and the First Family picked her name because it fit her cheerful personality,” according to the post, which included photos and a video of the first dogs.

First Lady Michelle Obama tweeted her excitement for Sunny’s arrival.
