Rand Paul feels like Charlie Sheen: ‘We are winning’

{mosads}The potential presidential candidate in 2016 has been on the forefront of opposing military action in Syria and the debate over widespread government spying revealed by former National Security Agency contractor Edward Snowden. 

He took a shot at potential rival in 2016, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, on the issue. 

“Who is probably the least likely to protect your privacy among Democrats? Hillary Clinton,” Paul said.

Paul said the GOP could get the upper hand on the Democratic Party if it fights against “big government surveillance.” Paul’s brand of libertarianism has been embraced by many in the party but has also caused high-profile spats with more mainstream Republicans.
