Dems, GOP bicker via official Twitter accounts
Republicans and Democrats traded punches their official party Twitter accounts on Wednesday, knocking each other over T-shirt slogans and healthcare.
The GOP began the argument by comparing one of former first lady Michelle Obama’s memorable remarks, “when they go low, we go high,” with a slogan on a shirt that reads “Democrats give a shit about people.”

The Democrats responded by defending the T-shirt slogan and blasting the Republican plan to repeal and replace ObamaCare.
“Taking away health care from 24 million people is going low. Giving a shit about people is going high,” the party tweeted.

Both parties have been trying to claim victory after a special election on Tuesday for an open Georgia House seat went to a runoff, with no candidate securing more than 50 percent of the vote.
