Roger Stone on Thursday had his Twitter account suspended after appearing to threaten a Media Matters employee in a tweet.
“I’m watching you and know what you’re up to. Better watch your ass,” the former adviser to President Trump tweeted Wednesday to Media Matters communications director Laura Allison Keiter.
Twitter confirmed that it suspended Stone’s account in an email to Keiter on Thursday morning, according to BuzzFeed News.
{mosads}”We have reviewed the account you reported and have locked it because we found it to be in violation of the Twitter Rules,” Twitter said in the email.
“If the account owner complies with our requested actions and stated policies, the account will be unlocked,” it added.
Stone’s account was also suspended in early March after allegedly violating Twitter rules.
