Huckabee rips CNN host who insulted Trump

Former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee (R) ripped CNN host Reza Aslan on Twitter Sunday, after Aslan referred to President Trump “a piece of s—“ for touting his proposed travel ban in the wake of terror attacks in London Saturday.

“CNN host Reza Asian [sic] calls Donald Trump POS-same guy who ate human brain on TV. Must have been his own brain,” Huckabee tweeted.

{mosads}The longtime Trump ally and former governor was referring to an episode of Aslan’s CNN show “Believer,” where Aslan sat down with an Aghori guru and tasted human brain.

Huckabee’s tweet comes after Aslan tweeted Trump was “an embarrassment to America and a stain on the presidency,” and “an embarrassment to humankind.”

Aslan was responding to Trump’s response to the London terror attack, which killed at least seven people and wounded almost 50 others.

Trump called on U.S. courts to approve his executive order banning travel from six Muslim-majority countries in the wake of the attacks.
