Putin goes shirtless for Siberian spearfishing trip

While President Trump kicks off his 17-day vacation at his golf club in Bedminster, N.J., Moscow released images of his Russian counterpart looking to show off his masculine side.

Russian state television released footage Saturday of President Vladimir Putin spearfishing and sunbathing shirtless during a mini-vacation to southern Siberia this week.

The Russian leader even brought along his Defense Minister Sergey Shoygu and other officials for the excursion.

This is not the first time Putin has showcased his macho side in carefully crafted images released by the Kremlin.

The Russian president has been seen riding horses shirtless, being pictured with a polar bear and taking part in various sporting activities.
