Social media roasts Tomi Lahren for saying ‘March for Our Lives’ isn’t ‘for’ anything

Fox News contributor Tomi Lahren was mocked on social media for criticizing the student-organized movement against gun violence after she tweeted Saturday’s march wasn’t “for something.”

“Simply being anti-NRA [National Rifle Association] is not a solution,” Lahren tweeted on Saturday afternoon, shortly after hundreds of thousands of protesters across American began rallying. “March FOR something, not just against everything.” {mosads}

Twitter users were quick to point out that the purpose of their movement and what they are fighting for is in the march’s name — “March for Our Lives.”

While the protests targeted the NRA and gun lobbyist groups, the student survivors of the Parkland, Fla., school shooting organized the event to call for an end to gun violence.
