Perino: Emails Changed News
E-mail changed the way news is made, Former White House spokeswoman Dana Perino said Sunday.
“E-mails are a blessing and a curse,” Perino told the Washington Whispers blog. She said that while before, a vast majority of media requests came over the phone, not it is almost entirely different.
Perino added that the new form of reporting has hindered the relationships press secretaries and reporters build.
“There’s something about interaction,” she said.
