Trump Jr. mocks the ‘resistance’ over ‘baby blimp’ in London
Donald Trump Jr. mocked the protesters who gathered to oppose his father in London on Friday, labeling them “batshit crazy.”
“If this is the ‘resistance’ I’m really glad I’m on the non-batshit crazy side,” Trump Jr. tweeted.

He was responding to an image of protesters gathered in front of a 20-foot-tall “Trump baby blimp,” which flew over the protests in London.

Other Twitter users also knocked the protests, largely over the size and use of the “baby blimp” designed to look like President Trump.

Roughly 250,000 people turned out for the mass demonstrations in London. Trump was in the city as part of a trip to the United Kingdom, but his schedule largely kept him out of London.
Trump said in an interview with the British tabloid The Sun on Thursday that the protests in London made him feel “unwelcome.”
“I used to love London as a city,” Trump said. “I haven’t been there in a long time. But when they make you feel unwelcome, why would I stay there?”
