Man who set himself on fire near White House dies
A man who set himself on fire near the White House died late Wednesday, police announced Thursday.
U.S. Park Police identified the man as Arnav Gupta of Bethesda, Md.

Gupta lit himself on fire at approximately 12:20 p.m. Wednesday afternoon near 15th Street and Constitution Avenue near the White House, according to the Secret Service.{mosads}
Park Police said Gupta was taken to a local hospital after the fire was extinguished.
A man last month set his jacket on fire along the north fence of the White House on Pennsylvania Avenue.
He was later sent to a local hospital with what the Secret Service said were non-life threatening injuries.
