‘Baby Trump’ balloon expected to greet president for Orlando rally
President Trump will be met by a giant inflatable balloon of his likeness on Tuesday, when he kicks off his 2020 reelection campaign in Orlando, Fla.
The “Baby Trump” balloon that has now made multiple stops at various events and rallies Trump has attended will reportedly be present again Tuesday, according to Florida Today.
{mosads}The balloon will be outside Trump’s rally Tuesday at the Amway Center in Orlando after a crowdsourcing effort raised more than $3,500 to transport the 20-foot diaper-wearing balloon.
The balloon depicting Trump as a baby holding a cellphone was last seen in London as Trump made his first official state visit to the United Kingdom.
The slightly orange diaper-clad balloon has made several stops all across the country and world, first appearing in London last year.
The protest, which will be held at the same time as Trump’s event, is expected to draw a crowd. But Trump has also been touting the record turnout his kickoff rally is expected to garner. There are reports that people have lined up outside the 20,000-seat arena nearly 40 hours in advance to secure a spot inside.
