FedEx employee shares photo of care package left for delivery drivers
A home in Arizona left a box of goods for couriers to pick from along with a message thanking them for their work, according to an Instagram post shared by a FedEx employee.
The FedEx courier posted a photo of the box containing rolls of toilet paper, cans of food and bottles of water that was sitting on the porch of a house where the FedEx worker was delivering a package.
“So thoughtful. So caring,” the courier wrote in a recent Instagram post, with a location posted of Glendale, Arizona. “In a time when people are panicking and hoarding everything for no really good reason, these people are willingly giving it away. We need waaaaay more of this.”
“PS, I didn’t need anything, so I didn’t take anything. That’s how we also need to be,” the courier added.
Written on the box was a message thanking couriers for their committed service, as well as a note that all items are sanitized.
“We are depending on you! Take anything you want! Spread love!,” the message on the box said.
