Apologies for not posting this sooner, but after the jump are former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney’s (R) remarks at CPAC yesterday. The speech, at least at first blush, looks remarkably like a campaign speech. In particular, note how Romney goes after President Obama, saying that many of his plans are “vague” and criticizing Obama’s vow to cut the deficit in half by the end of his first term.
