Coleman pledges appeal in less than 10 days
Former Sen. Norm Coleman (R-Minn.) said his campaign will appeal last night’s detrimental ruling by the court hearing his election challenge in less than 10 days.
The court ruled that only 400 disqualified absentee ballots should be opened and counted, dealing a setback to Coleman, who’d argued many more ballots should be included.
