‘Office Linebacker’ Demonstrates Consequences of Not Voting

Terry Tate, “Office Linebacker,” returns in a web video urging people to get out and vote.

The ex-Reebok spokesman, a fictitious football player who tackles office workers for transgressions such as finishing the coffee and not brewing a fresh pot, this time brings the pain to a slouch who says he doesn’t plan to vote Nov. 4.

“You better vote or that’s all she wrote … sucker!” he says in the video.

The get-out-the-vote clip doesn’t mention any candidate, but Republican vice presidential nominee Sarah Palin feels Tate’s ire in two recent videos.A disclaimer assures “No governor was harmed in the filming of this message.” The videos can be seen on YouTube, FunnyOrDie.com, the TerryTate: Office Linebacker website and probably on a ton of MySpace and Facebook pages.
