Palin Not Backing Down on Robo Calls

Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin left no doubt Monday that she is a fan of robo calls, appearing in one herself and hitting back against Barack Obama’s suggestion that she had denounced them.

“I’m not calling for an end to the robocalls, no, uh-uh,” Palin said, according to MSNBC when asked if the campaign should accede to demands by two Republican senators to end the calls. Both Sen. Susan Collins (Maine) and Sen. Norm Coleman (Minn.), two vulnerable incumbents this election cycle, said the calls should end.
