SNL Wants Fey to Play Palin

Tina Fey may play another woman also known for snark and snazzy glasses, Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin (R).

“Saturday Night Live” executive producer Lorne Michaels told reporters Thursday that there are discussions to have Fey play the part of Palin on this week’s edition of the show.

Barack Obama himself is scheduled to make an appearance on Saturday’s season premiere. Olympic champ Michael Phelps will host.
