A new CNN poll shows that 20 percent of adults have never heard of Republican vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin.
The survey, which has Sen. Barack Obama (D-Ill.) leading his GOP rival Sen. John McCain (Ariz.) 49 percent to 48 percent, shows that two out of five voters have either no opinion of the Alaska governor or do not know who she is. Palin was announced Friday as McCain
