Tuesday’s Convention Speeches
The YouTube clips of Tuesday night’s big speeches at the Democratic convention are below.
Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton (D-N.Y.), the night’s featured speaker, urged Democrats to back her former rival, Barack Obama. In no uncertain terms, Clinton said that Obama was her candidate.
Former Virginia Gov. Mark Warner (D), the convention’s keynote speaker, framed the choice between Obama and John McCain as one between the future and the past.
And Montana Gov. Brian Schweitzer (D) fired up delegates by skewering McCain, calling him “four more years of the same.”
