Clinton to Host Live Chat
Since Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton (D-N.Y.) bowed out of the presidential race, her supporters have received sporadic emails offering various activities–e.g. an online T-shirt design contest and a drawing to have dinner with her–all presented beside a large red button marked “Contribute.”
But her latest offering could lead to the most direct, wide-scale interaction yet: a live chat with supporters via her campaign’s blog.
Clinton will chat online with supporters live this Thursday, answering questions beginning at 12 p.m. Eastern. The New York senator announced the chat today in a web video, which supporters received in the customary email from HillaryClinton.com, asking for contributions to help retire her campaign debt.
