Shaheen Virtually Tied With Sununu in Latest Poll

Sen. John Sununu (R-N.H.) is within a few percentage points of former New Hampshire Gov. Jeanne Shaheen (D) in the latest poll of their Senate race, reports PolitickerNH.

In the University of New Hampshire survey, Sununu receives 42 percent of the support of respondents while Shaheen gets 46 percent. Since the margin of error of the poll is 4.3 percentage points, the race is virtually tied.

Shaheen had been leading Sununu 52 percent to 40 percent in the university’s April survey.
