Bill Nelson: Seat Them All

Sen. Bill Nelson (D-Fla.) said he believes the committee should seat all of Florida’s delegates. The line was met with a lot of applause from the many Floridians who have made it into the meeting room.

“The voters didn’t break any rules,” Nelson said. “They deserve to be represented, not punished.”

While Nelson did make a strong case for seating every vote, he conceded that the state would accept, as a “minimum,” half of the state’s delegates being seated.
