Obama Unveils Manufacturing Agenda

Barack Obama unveiled a manufacturing agenda today, addressing workers in Warren, Mich. According to his campaign, Obama plans to create a $150 billion venture capital fund for clean technology deployment, offer incentives to auto manufacturers who develop more fuel efficient cars, and create a $60 billion infrastructure fund.
