Obama ‘outraged’ by Tiller slaying
President Obama said Sunday he’s “outraged” at the murder of late-term abortion provider George Tiller today in Kansas.
“I am shocked and outraged by the murder of Dr. George Tiller as he attended church services this morning,” Obama, a backer of abortion rights said in a statement. “However profound our differences as Americans over difficult issues such as abortion, they cannot be resolved by heinous acts of violence.”
Tiller was killed earlier today while attending church. A supect is reportedly in custody.
The murder has sparked an online debate about the killings.
