Obama and Biden Greet, Joke With Palin
President-elect Barack Obama and Vice President-elect Joe Biden greeted on Tuesday their vanquished foe, Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin (R), for the first time since the election.
At the National Governors Association meeting in Philadelphia, Obama and Biden shook hands with all the governors and gave brief addresses. The first governor to receive them was Palin, who wearing a bright red jacket, according to the pool report.
Biden also veered from his prepared remarks to talk about Palin, the former GOP vice presidential nominee.
