Plouffe: Budget a reflection of voters’ priorities
Obama for America campaign manager David Plouffe sought to mobilize campaign supporters in favor of the budget introduced yesterday, emailing supporters asking them to support the plan.
“This budget isn’t just a reflection of President Obama’s priorities. It’s a reflection of yours,” Plouffe wrote in his email.
Plouffe asked for help from supporters, adding: “In the coming weeks, we’ll be asking you to talk directly to people in your community, to build momentum and demonstrate the broad support President Obama has for this new direction.”
