Harold Ford Jr. to write autobiography

Former Congressman Harold Ford Jr. is planning to write an autobiography, the Nashville Post’s political blogger A.C. Kleinheider reports.

The book, set to be titled “More Davids Than Goliaths,” is due out in December.

Ford, who ran unsuccessfully for the Senate in 2006 and currently works as the chairman of the Democratic Leadership Council, has been considered a rising star in the Democratic Party for a few years. He recently told supporters that he will not run for governor of Tennessee next year.
