Dismayed by how House Democrat leaders are conducting business, Congressman Pete Sessions (R-Texas) thinks the House GOP may resort to insurgency tactics.
Sessions even went so far as to say that insurgency tactics have become better known from the Taliban, the Muslim fundamentalist group.
In an interview with the Hotline, Sessions, the chairman of the National Republican Congressional Committee, said the GOP displayed the beginning of the strategy last week when it voted unanimously against the stimulus bill.
From the Hotline:
“Insurgency, we understand perhaps a little bit more because of the Taliban,
“I simply said one can see that there’s a model out there for insurgency,” he said.
