McCain spars with Chu on Yucca Mountain
Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) clashed with Energy Secretary Steven Chu on Thursday over whether to store nuclear waste at Yucca Mountain in Nevada.
President Obama and Chu believe that Yucca Mountain is not a viable option while McCain contends it is the only way to move forward in expanding nuclear power production.
