Rice Unresponsive on Iraq (Rep. Paul Hodes)
Secretary Rice is a skilled diplomat and she skillfully avoided answering the tough questions. I found her to be non-responsive and unpersuasive when asked how and why she and the State Department allowed private security contractors, like Blackwater, to operate above the law for the past four years.
