August Recess: Vacation and Time with Constituents (Rep. Rosa DeLauro)

I’m going to be on vacation with my family, which I’m looking forward to, but I’ve spent a lot of time with constituents and will be talking about the State Children’s Health Insurance Program (SCHIP) bill, the education issues where we helped to allow middle class families to be able to get their kids to school, and the economic issues that have to deal with wages. I will spend time just letting people in my community know what benefits the agricultural appropriations bill approved to them, and just kind of giving people a sense of what we have done over the last several months.
