Edwards Says America is a ‘Terrible Example’ of Global Warming
Speaking at the Take Back America conference on Tuesday, former Sen. John Edwards (D-N.C.) said the United States needs to be a better example of fighting global warming.
“We’re four percent of the world’s population emitting 25 percent of the world’s greenhouse gases,” Edwards said. “We’re a terrible example. We’re the worst polluter on the planet.”
