Studying Hurricanes Can Help (Rep. Ileana Ros-Lehtinen)

As yet another Hurricane season is fast upon us, it is imperative that we do everything within our legislative powers to send this legislation to the President for his signature. Our scientists and researchers need the necessary tools to better understand these deadly storms and this legislation seeks to accomplish that. I urge my colleagues to help us help the millions of our citizens who every year find themselves in the path of these monsters.
