Romney Blasts Democratic Tax Approvals

In this presidential campaign video, former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney (R) slammed the Democrats in Congress for changing the rules on passing tax increases from 3/5 majority enacted by Republicans in 1994 to a simple majority.
