FY08 Budget Is Full of Gimmicks

This budget is filled with gimmicks that they’ve been using for as long as they’ve been in office, and it’s essentially a nonsensical document. They know that the things that they’ve cut the Congress will not allow — even the Republicans last year didn’t allow the things that they put in the budget. So it’s an exercise they go through and they’ll get their rhetoric out there but it has no impact whatsoever.
