New FAA User Fee Raises Questions
In regard to a potential user fee system, I have questions concerning how to determine how much of our air system different entities currently use, how much revenue a user fee system would generate and how it would be implemented. I do believe that we can fund the next generation air traffic system with our current financing mechanisms, including a contribution from the general fund. I will definitely need to be convinced that abandoning the current structure is in the best interest of the flying public.
