Tuesday: House starts work on Arizona land swap
The House will also take up three bills under a suspension of House rules. One of these, H.R. 2042, would establish an Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) business travel card program. This bill would create designated travel lanes in airports and provide for expedited visa processing for U.S. business leaders to help make their business travel more efficient.
The other bills are H.R. 2447, granting the congressional gold medal to the Montford Point Marines, and H.R. 2527, the National Baseball Hall of Fame Commemorative Coin Act.
