Monday: FAA in the Senate, land use bills in the House

H.R. 306, which directs the secretary of the Interior to enter into an agreement with the state of North Carolina to provide for the management of free-roaming wild horses.

H.R. 1162, which designates federal land in Olympic National Park in Washington as wilderness land and puts some land in trust for the Quileute Indian tribe.

H.R. 2606, which authorizes the secretary of the Interior to issue permits to plan and construct natural-gas pipeline facilities in New Jersey and New York.

The House will also start consideration of H.R. 1734, the Civilian Property Realignment Act, which would set in place a plan for the federal government to reduce its holdings of property.

House votes on these bills are planned for 6:30 p.m.
