House passes 2-day stopgap bill
The House late Thursday passed by unanimous consent a stopgap funding measure to keep the government funded through Saturday before it expires at midnight.
{mosads}It now heads to the Senate, where it is expected to be cleared ans sent to the president also by unanimous consent less than two hours before the deadline. It preserves funding levels in the current continuing resolution.
