Wednesday: Sandy complaints likely in House and Senate

The Senate was returning in the hopes the House would pass a Sandy bill, which could leave the upper chamber with little else to do but critique Boehner’s decision.

The House starts at 10 a.m. for speeches, and noon for legislative work, although no legislation is schedule for the floor.

The Senate meets at noon for speeches, but also has no firm plans for the day.
