Easy Monday: Biohazards and judicial nominees

The House has already passed this bill, and the Senate approved an amended version last week. The House should pass the Senate bill in a 6:30 p.m. vote.

{mosads}The Senate meets at 2 p.m., and at 5:30 p.m. will vote on two judicial nominations. They are Pamela Chen and Katherine Failla, who will both serve as district judges in New York.

Both chambers could also hear ongoing reaction to last week’s failure to reach an agreement on the $85 billion sequester, which took effect last week.
