House votes to fix Vietnam memorial funding problem

That restriction is making it difficult to raise money for the center.

{mosads}In separate votes, the House passed two land-use bills Monday evening. One of these is H.R. 291, the Black Hills Cemetery Act, which would give several small cemeteries on federal land to the South Dakota communities that are currently taking care of those properties.

Members approved this bill 390-2.

And in a 401-2 vote, the House passed H.R. 507, the Pascua Yaqui Tribe Trust Land Act, which grants certain land to the Pascua Yaqui tribe in Arizona.
