Friday: Bonus depreciation tax extender
The House will consider a bill to permanently extend the bonus depreciation tax credit before adjourning for the week.
The credit is among dozens of other tax provisions that expired at the end of 2013. So far, the House has also passed three other measures to permanently extend certain breaks, including the research and development credit.
{mosads}Republicans say the tax credits should be extended on a permanent basis, but Democrats have demanded offsets.
The only vote series of the day is expected between 10:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m.
Meanwhile, the Senate is not in session on Friday.
