The four votes will likely include a cloture vote on the highway bill, a cloture vote on the nomination of Jesse Furman to be a judge on the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, a cloture vote on the conference report to extend the payroll tax cut through the end of the year, and an up-or-down vote on that report.
The Senate will return at 10 a.m. on Friday.
