The House meets at 10 a.m. to take up the remaining seven amendments to H.R. 3606, the Jumpstart Our Business Startups (JOBS) Act. The House got through the first 10 amendments on Wednesday night.
After amendments, members should be able to approve the entire bill, which broadly seeks to make it easier for small companies to raise startup capital.
