Monday: Flood, FDA in the Senate

Immediately after, the Senate is expected to hold a vote on a motion to end debate on S. 3187, the Food and Drug Administration Safety and Innovation Act. The House approved this bill last week — it reauthorizes and extends the FDA’s user-fee program that helps fund the agency’s consideration of drug and device applications.

The House meets at 2 p.m. for a pro forma session only.
